Search for Users and Groups
We have improved the search function for Users and Groups throughout the ReachMoreParents Portal and app. Now, this will search by Title, Alias, Forename and/or Surname as well as their Login or the email address specific to the logged in Entity. Groups searching is also made Entity-specific in this release.
Bug fixes
New UI
-
The redirection to the new UI was causing the authentication of our URL with Google and Microsoft to fail. We have resolved this issue.
-
For users who didn't have a valid email address, the Enrolment Code wasn't taking them to the Enrolment Type selection screen for New or Existing Users. This has been resolved as has an Enrolment User Merge validation error.
-
The new UI was preventing the Hub connecting to an X feed as this site can no longer be embedded. Now, when linking an X feed to the Hub, clicking on the link opens in a new tab of your browser.
PEMS
-
The "Apply to all event dates?" confirmation modal was being truncated. This has been fixed.
- The Year Groups filter wasn't functioning in the reports within PEMS. This has been resolved.
Google Translate
-
The HTTP 401 error on content translation in the ReachMoreParents app is resolved by updating a setting in the Portal. This has been completed so the Content Translation function loads and functions as normal.
Messages
-
We have improved the user experience within a mailbox's Sent folder. Now, the user name listed is the person who sent the message on behalf of the mailbox, not the currently logged in user.
Newsfeed
- Files without file type suffixes were preventing the sharing of posts with third party apps. This has been resolved by updating the files to have valid extensions.
Miscellaneous
-
MIS ID records as well as Payment User records were being retained in the database which meant when users were "leavers and returners", the matching record was lost due to the returner having a new User ID and we couldn't rematch them. Now, on user Hard Deletion, these records are removed so a rematch can take place with ParentPay.
-
The pagination on the Assign Roles to Users screen wasn't being updated when the search results limited the number of users to one page. This has been resolved.
-
The System Administration, User Reports table of results were misaligned in the screen. The table now fills the full width of the screen with records beginning in the left most border of the screen.
