Campaign Manager
Role: Digital Campaign Manager
Location: Hybrid remote, with three days a week in our Loughborough office (UK-based)
Reports to: CEO
Overview
You will plan, deliver and optimise multi-channel campaigns that generate high-quality new business enquiries. Digital is the primary engine (paid, email, website journeys, automation), supported by events and exhibitions as key lead-generation touchpoints. You’ll work closely with the Content Manager, CRM Manager and Sales to ensure campaigns are well-targeted, measurable and continually improving.
Key responsibilities
Campaign planning and delivery

Plan and run integrated campaigns aligned to lead-gen KPIs (MQL/SQL)

Produce clear campaign briefs (audience, proposition, channels, timelines, KPIs)

Align with Sales on targeting, follow-up and feedback loops
Digital execution and optimisation

Manage paid social, PPC, email marketing and campaign journeys
-
Build/optimise landing pages and conversion paths (CRO)

Create and run automation workflows and nurture sequences
-
Test and optimise to improve CPL, CVR and ROI
Events & exhibitions (lead gen focus)

Own event/exhibition campaign planning, promotion and follow-up

Drive pre-event promotion (email, paid, website, social amplification)

Support on-the-day lead capture processes (forms/scanning/tracking)

Manage post-event follow-up and track conversion and ROI
Insight, reporting and collaboration

Track performance and lead quality, including MQL→SQL conversion

Produce regular reporting and actionable insights for stakeholders

Work with the CRM Manager on segmentation, lead scoring, lifecycle stages and data quality

Monitor SEO performance and optimise campaign pages

Use GA/GA4 to analyse behaviour and improve journeys/conversion
Skills, experience and attributes
Essential
-
Proven experience running performance-led B2B campaigns (SaaS/education desirable)

Strong hands-on capability email, automation and social advertising
-
Experience using Hubspot or similar CRM
-
Confident using GA/GA4 and campaign reporting to drive optimisation
-
Experience supporting events/exhibitions within a lead-gen strategy
-
Collaborative, organised, commercially minded; comfortable working with Sales and partners
Desirable

A/B testing and experimentation mindset

Experience measuring event ROI and pipeline contribution

Familiarity with lead capture tools and event follow-up workflows
